Flipkart is challenging an Indian antitrust probe.

The Walmart-owned e-commerce site filed a legal challenge against the investigation, Reuters reports, after Amazon filed a similar challenge earlier this month.

The probe, launched in January, seeks to identify if the two sites have unfairly promoted "preferred sellers" and discounted goods in a way that hurts competition. The investigation was put on hold last week, and Reuters reports that the Flipkart filing is expected to be heard next week.
