During a congressional hearing on Thursday, Rep. Billy Long asked Dorsey, Mark Zuckerberg and Sundar Pichai whether they understood the difference between "yes" and "no."
Lawmakers on the House Energy and Commerce Committee asked an array of questions throughout the day demanding "yes" or "no" answers, which the CEOs often declined to offer.
Shortly after, Dorsey tweeted a poll with two answers: "yes" and "no." His accompanying tweet read, "?"
