Judge blocks Microsoft's JEDI contract.

Temporarily, at least.

The $10 billion cloud contract Microsoft won with the Pentagon has been the cause of much consternation — mostly for Amazon, which sued the government alleging that the selection of Microsoft was a biased process. On Thursday, a federal judge approved Amazon's request for an injunction that temporarily halted the contract, according to Reuters. Reuters notes the judge also asked Amazon to post $42 million, "in the event that the injunction was issued wrongfully."
