More apps are teaming up against Apple

Another 20 app developers are joining the Coalition for App Fairness, a nonprofit established by heavyweights like Epic, Spotify and Match Group to campaign for changes to app stores like Apple's.

The expansion of the group adds pressure to Apple and Google to adopt new policies around their app stores. Last week, Microsoft outlined 10 principles, inspired by the Coalition's work, to give developers more control in its app store.

The newest Coalition for App Fairness members include: Beonex, Breath Ball, Challenge App by Eristica, Cladwell, Down Dog Yoga, Gift Card Offerwall, Green Heart Games, Imagine BC, Mobile Marketing Association, Passbase, Qobuz, QuackQuack, Qustodio, Safari Forever, Schibsted, Snappy Mob, SpanishDict, Sygic, Vertical Motion and YARXI.
