SAP outlined its new flexible work policy in a blog post on Tuesday.

While all workers will have the option to work remotely, the German software provider said over 80% would prefer a hybrid structure.


SAP will also offer "flexible work schedules" and improved office designs in an effort to "ensure employees have what they need to be productive, creative, and inspired while running the business responsibly and meeting business requirements," CEO Christian Klein wrote in a blog post on Tuesday.
