Handling gender, diversity and difference in Chinese workplaces

China's not monolithic — and neither are its workplaces. While U.S. society and American employers publicly struggle with questions of diversity, equity and inclusion, Chinese workplaces are facing similar headwinds and similar opportunities. China's younger generation has a greater role for women, more inclusion for LBGTQ+ employees and more freedom to be themselves.

What are China's most forward-looking workplaces, and what are they doing to become more inclusive? How do their efforts compare to what we see in the (very different) U.S. work culture? Why is Chinese Big Tech doing better than other domestic industries in tackling this issue?
