An activist investor wants @Jack out at Twitter.

Elliott Management founder Paul Singer has taken an undetermined-but-large stake in Twitter and is pushing for changes – including the ouster of CEO Jack Dorsey.


Bloomberg broke the news, and CNBC has a "source familiar with the matter" saying Singer doesn't think Dorsey should be running both Twitter and Square. Another factor, says the source: Dorsey's desire to move to Africa.
