REvil, the ransomware gang that attacked software company Kaseya earlier this month, looks like it's off the dark web, according to Bloomberg. The Russia-linked group operated a few pages on the dark web that tracked all of its activities.
The sites seemingly disappeared Tuesday morning after President Joe Biden said he urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to curb ransomware attacks linked to Russian groups.
It's not clear if REvil took down its sites for a short period of time or if authorities deleted its pages. The group also attacked meat supplier JBS S.A., which paid REvil millions in ransom, and compromised hundreds of other websites in a larger attack.
