The stock-trading app has experienced "a system-wide outage" for a second day, it says. That's after the app faced issues on Monday that Robinhood had said were resolved.
The outages, which prevent customers from buying or selling stocks, have come at a time of high trading volatility. Some customers are proposing a class-action lawsuit, while Robinhood told CNBC that it would deal with compensating customers on a "case by case" basis.
