A blog started by former President Donald Trump has been shut down, according to a CNBC report.
The "From The Desk of Donald J. Trump" site, which was unveiled in May, "will not be returning" and "was just auxiliary to the broader efforts we have and are working on," said a senior aide, Jason Miller, according to the report.
The blog went public in May, right before the Facebook Oversight Board said the company needed to make a final decision on Trump's permanent ban from the platform, but blog entries went back as far as March. It touched on topics including Trump's false claim to have won the 2020 election.
The blog was framed as a social network, though Miller himself admitted it was not, and Trump himself was the only one posting on it.
