Taylor V. Smith is Protocol’s Talent Manager, leading, recruiting, onboarding, and DEI. Before joining Protocol, Taylor served as Diversity Officer at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in designing and leading new programs, sustainable initiatives, and infrastructures through an equity-based lens. They received their bachelor’s in Graphic Design from Hampton University, and master’s in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. She is a lover of the arts, and all things dance. Taylor is originally from St. Louis and is based in the Washington, D.C., area.
